Will I get a full Refund?
 
 YES,  you will get a full 100% refund.  The merchandise must be returned within 60 days of receiving it, in resalable condition and with it’s Return Authorization number.   The merchandise can not be used or washed which makes it “not resalable”, this is for hygienic reasons.  All products must be returned in their original packaging.  You will receive 100% of your product purchase price “excluding” any shipping  charges after above conditions are met.
 Are there any Re-Stocking Fees?
 NO,  unlike other internet shopping stores we do not charge any Re-Stocking fees.  We are buyer friendly and look at this as an opportunity to help our customers. We try to offer the best prices, quality, and service without the extra fees.  Remember we are the manufacturer and can offer you a little more.
 How will I be credited?
 When the merchandise is received in resalable condition, the purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges will be credited back to the credit card the purchase was placed on. 
 How long do I have to return the merchandise?
 You have 60 days from the time you receive your package to return it, this should be enough time to allow you to make your return keeping in mind that we all have hectic schedules, vacations, etc.
 What do I do first?
 First you need to email us at  Sales@BrandeeDanielle.com  to give us your information and the reason for the return.  We will then email you back with a “Return Authorization” number that will be good for 14 days.  Remember this number MUST be on the outside of the return package, or the package will not be accepted.
 What is an RA number?
 A Return Authorization number or (RA number) is a number we give to your actual return in order to keep track of the transaction and to be able to process your return proficiently.  Your RA number is only valid for “14 days” after the date of issuance, and must appear on the outside of your package.  Don’t be afraid to write it in BOLD.
   What address do I ship to?  What carrier?
 All packages should be shipped via an insured “trackable” carrier for Your Protection.

 Can I cancel my order?
 YES,  but we ship within 48 hours and often the same day.  It would be best if you could attempt to cancel your order the same day you place it.  Call our 800 -720-5656 number and hopefully we can catch it for you.  If not you can still request a return, but freight charges will be deducted from the refund.  This includes but is not limited to any shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping items with “Free Freight”. Shipping charges to return merchandise back to Brandee Danielle is the responsibility of the customer.
 Can I refuse my order?
 YES,  if the merchandise is delivered to you because it had already been shipped before you could cancel it, you can refuse it.  The merchandise will be returned to us, but the freight and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
 What if I have used the merchandise?
 We can not accept used merchandise because it is not resalable.  For hygienic reasons we are unable to take it back.
 What costs will I be responsible for?
 You will be responsible for the freight and handling charges on the merchandise shipped out to you.  This includes any shipping charges on “Free Freight” merchandise.    Shipping charges to return merchandise back to Brandee Danielle is the responsibility of the customer.
